Weekly Progress Walking Stats Nov 18 - Nov 24

I started walking around my neighborhood.  Bough some walking shoes from Sketchers  they have really good traction.  The soles are made from good year rubber and they are slip in style which is awesome because it makes it fast to put them on or take them off.  They have them in wide sizes too which is great because I have a wide foot.   

They have really great grip I've worn them after it has rained and I can tell the difference with the great tread provided by good year rubber soles and pattern.
